Talons

I watched this Red-tailed Hawk for at least 20 minutes today.  She was totally unfazed, and went about her business of ...... not much of anything.  She did jump from one branch to another.  My main blip is the short flight, and in extras she is contemplating that move.  I'm quite impressed by those talons, which clearly are filed sharp and ready for action.
