Bing-o!

"Ji dan bing is a popular Chinese breakfast street food made with a thinly rolled dough and egg fried together. Tasty flavor agents like herbs, sweet bean sauce, chili bean sauce, and chili oil are slathered over the top, and the whole thing is rolled around a piece of crunchy lettuce!"


With son Huw back in the house (pre-isolated and negatively tested )  mouth-watering breakfasts and brunches  are on the menu. Here he's making a popular Chinese snack on the hotplate. The sequence of operations was just as described above and the finished article was delicious. Who needs mince pies? (But he makes those too.)
