Socially distanced fun and games

This morning I got a large lump of words down for Dad; on the whole it's OK but it needs a bit of refining still but that'll have to wait for a while.

Despite the revolting weather we managed to meet up this afternoon with my nephew and his two bouncy girls for a bit of Christmas cheer outside in the car port. My sister and I rigged up a bit of protective draught curtaining and a few twinkly lights and we caught up with the family news. Ages since I've seen them and those 'little' ones grow very fast!
