Last service for a while

Today was the first day in our provincial lockdown. At least in the second wave. So for us that means we are allowed 1/3 of our normal capacity.

(Interestingly, people can’t visit, families can’t visit, but churches have a slim way that they can meet. That says more about our conservative Bible Belt area than anything about what’s wise.)

Anyway, today was our farewell for our associate pastor who is moving on to another church. After today we will go online again for our worship. So that’s why we wanted to meet, even if it was only 30 of us.

But now we are shut down, at least for four weeks. That includes Christmas.
