LD 266 The best laid plans....

Rula has a (bad) habit of eating any mouse (dead or alive) she finds , though she does not like the taste of shrews.    The cats seem to enjoy hunting them too , so you would think that a message would have gone out on the mouse telegraph to stay away from Feorlean.

However this morning Cathleen came across this plump little one sitting in front of the stove in the conservatory , warming itself , without a care in the world.    She carried it outside and I managed to get just one good shot of it before it set off across the garden presumably a bit disgruntled about being dragged away from the warmth , but at least still alive.
