In the winter sun

Went down today to retrieve the boom, rudder and centreboard and to make sure the cover is doing its stuff keeping the rain out.
There was a little water in the bilges but given the fact we’ve had over 60mm of rain the the last two weeks I’d say the cover was doing well.
The winter projects include lengthening the boom - there isn’t enough length to pull the foot of the main sail out fully. The rudder and centreboard need to have weights in the blade to persuade them not to float up.
The sun was out and I thought she looked very nice basking in its glow.
