If I were a shepherd

Oh boy, it has been hard to function today after such a busy day yesterday! This evening I got round to photographing the figures from a crib set as we're organising a "treasure hunt" around the village. People are going to display the various figures in their windows so the children can spot them while they're out. Then there will be some special ones for them to find, which will be centred around the shops and businesses on the main street. These will contain letters which they'll have to collect to spell out a phrase. It will be interesting to see how this goes.
