Early Christmas Pressie

... by way of tickets to see Christmas Lights! Family B took us and 'the other' (grand)parents with them for a tour of the illuminations in the grounds of Belton House. They were absolutely beautiful. Natural trees shone in bright colours, while there were giant candles and giant illuminated flowers (which little Miss B sniffed to see if they were scented), and lots of other arrangements of sparkly lights, as well as an arched tunnel of hundreds and thousands of sparkly lights. The house itself was floodlit, too.

Really hard to choose just one picture, but fortunately I find I have quite a few Extras to use up before the end of the year, so please enjoy those, too. Well worth a visit if you're in south Lincolnshire. Oh, and I had a ride on the carousel alongside our daughter and little Miss B, while Granny B joined them in a swingboat ride. Such fun! First time we've been out to any event for over a year. It was a late night for little Miss B, but she was as good as gold.
