Hampstead Heath

Took advantage of a dry sunny(ish) morning and went for a walk on the heath. I had thought l might take photos of dogs in coloured jackets to make a collage but there were not many to be seen. Instead l slipped in the very claggy mud, l was trying to step up onto a mossy knoll to get a better view of surroundings and slid down; every time l tried to get up l slid down again, l thought l was going to be a modern day Sisyphus condemned to spend the rest of my days trying to get up. Finally managed with a hurt pride and very dirty trousers. The rain set in just as we got to the car and the rest of the day was spent washing and snuggling on down.
