Bitten in Malmesbury

Went to Malmesbury this afternoon and we got bitten - by a really icy wind.
Fortunately not as painful, nor as fatal, as it was in 1703 for Hannah Twynnoy whose famous gravestone is my picture today.

The inscription reads ...

In bloom of life
She's snatched from hence
She had not room to make defence;
For Tyger fierce
Took life away
And here she lies
In a bed of clay
Until the Resurrection Day

I'm certainly not planning to join her in the quest to become tiger food, but I am confidently looking forward to the Resurrection Day whenever it may come.
