Just left there

Went to pitch with my girls today today so Nala could burn some steam and shockingly found this pile not just that but there are 3 large bins on the opposite side of the pitch. Bottles of water which is all recycled.

And sadly there is a recycling bin Infront of the clubhouse too.
My question is........ is this pure laziness or do they just don't care ?????
