Just caught the very last inch of the day as dusk wrapped itself over Oldham, Manchester and beyond.

Will it rise on a Tier 2 version tomorrow with rates significantly lower than London's when they were initially in tier 2? Probably not.

Will we get a break from this never ending lockdown of sorts in the North? Probably not.

Does Boris know his arse from his elbow? Probably not.
