Grape gin.

Had loads of grapes in the greenhouse that were not sweet enough to eat. I thought I would try to make some grape gin, I hate waste.
So a good few bunches of grapes, some sugar and Asda gin thrown together in two large jars see second photo. A good stir everyday for a month and then strain through a sieve to remove fruit, strain again through some muslin and there we are. It tastes so good you dont need tonic, wish you could taste it. Have large bottle ready for Christmas and a few small bottles for gin swigging friends.
