Shed in the sun.

We call it the shed, which is not very complimentary for a pretty little outbuilding. It is Norman’s workshop and storage area and is original from when the house was built in the 1890s.
The sun was shining on the shed window. It has been a lovely sunny day but sadly the golf course wasn’t allowing buggies. I persuaded Normous to invite his friends for coffee in our sheltered courtyard. He really needs the company. Three of them sat outside, well wrapped up. Graham brought some mince pies, and I found some gingerbread in the freezer. They were out there chatting for nearly two hours, going on from coffee to beer and crisps. It was a real tonic for Normous, and I enjoyed having them here too.
