One week today

A quick trip into town this morning for some bits and pieces. On the way back I called in briefly to my friend with a get well soon card for her husband who has just got home from hospital having had a fairly major heart attack last week.
She usually goes overboard at Christmas and always has at least 10 round the dinner table. But in view of the need for Paul to have as much rest and quiet rehabilitation as possible, that is in the process of being changed!
Her decorations and tree have been up for some time now. It does look lovely so it’s my blip for today.
