Frank taught me to abseil 4 years ago....just loved the winter colours on the rocks today...
Stepping backwards over a cliff, with only yourself to trust.
I used to scuba dive....roll backwards off a boat into the ocean. Similar feeling....but I like abseiling more....like to feel my feet...need to breathe....
