Amaryllis

Bought a few weeks ago the bulb is encased in wax and negates the need to water it...my kind of plant! Now if only they could do the same with poinsettias the job, as they say, would be a good ‘un. A strange angle but it’s the only shot I took today!

Finally got my Christmas cards written last night and into the post today, hopefully they’ll all arrive at there destinations before the man in the red suit. I’ve realised I’m running out of chocolate much faster than I’m ticking things off my Christmas to do list...though I did manage to turn the ironing mountain into a little hillock this afternoon.
