No More Drinkies

New rules from Monday mean bars and restaurants can only open between 7.30 and 9.30 am and 1 and 3.30 pm to serve food, here in Barcelona, until 11th January.   In effect, our evening aperitif or glass of cava in the centre, after a walk down, to mark the holidays is out.  No one paid any attention to any rule of distancing or numbers at a table or ventilation of terraces. The Spanish simply do not recognise a rule until they are taken down from the dock to the cells and, even then, I have my doubts!
