New curtains

The fabric arrived yesterday for my new spare bedroom curtains and today the mood took me to get on with sewing them. All done bar the hems which are ready to sit and relax hand sewing tomorrow - I might put on Handel’s Messiah since it’s nearly Christmas. I did get out for a run in the gloom too. And a wonderful surprise phone call from mum and dad’s oldest friend - in all senses - they met as students and at 94 Marjorie is the last one standing.
