Leak

It rained today and I have this lovely leak in my heater closet. I've called the association to fix it several times. They send someone, he goes up to the roof, and tinker away on something. They say it's fixed and come the next rain, the leak persists. I'm so sick of it. It's such a misoppertune place to have a leak too.
