Mince pies

We had a lovely sunny start to the day, but it didn't last long and by late morning we had to have the lights on because it was so grey outside. However, the aim today was to make mince pies so I just got on with the job. I made two different varieties: a dozen traditional and a dozen with a frangipane topping. I was quite pleased with the result.
