Penny's Mince Pies

Penny & Steve are stuck in locked down The Hague. But as we and son's little family are now in T4 it wont make much difference except for the waste of food. I may do a delivery of lunch and presents for Noah. 

Anyway, Penny has found an online cookery class, you buy all the ingredients in advance and them make it together. A couple of weeks ago it was Black Forest Gateau. Today it was mince pies (from first principles!) I am impressed. Penny couldn't find any cookie cutters in The Hague so Steve has borrowed some Year 3 cookery equipment from school to solve the problem!
