Gouthwaite Reservoir

Another splendid, but chilly day for a walk up in Nidderdale. 
We walked from Pateley Bridge up to the top of the old inclined railway slope (first extra) which served the old Scotgate Ash quarry. Then an easy undulating ramble through the old quarry workings (second extra) onto Wath Lane where we found a bench for a packed lunch with a view, and where the main shot was taken. 
It's raining again now we are back at home :(
