Another meeting

Today we planned to meet up at Coombe Abbey Park, Coventry again, this time to meet with my #2 daughter and family.  Here she is with Nellie, the new addition to the family.  We had to meet up in a layby just beyond the park as by the time we arrived at only 11.30 the park had closed its gates due to the abnormal amount of people meeting there - and all the car parks were full.  However, plan 2 was put in place and we all drove to a  park at Ryton Pools where we had a lovely walk, lots of chat, Christmas pressie swapping and a good muddy walk for Nellie.

So sad that many Christmas plans have now to be shelved - #1 granddaughter lives in Edinburgh but will now have to spend Christmas alone  without the company of her mother or brother - Zoom will therefore be much in evidence on the day ...........  as long as the multimedia doesn't have a total lockdown as well?
