Shoreline to Shoreline

I went round to see my mum in the morning and brought her some shopping . I started the streamed church service on her laptop.
Later my partner and I went down to Kippford and Sandyhills . It was a sunny and cold afternoon with beautiful views all around.
We had a reflective walk . We took part in the ‘ Shoreline to Shoreline’ a collective marking of loss in the time of Covid. Where people were invited to go to a shoreline or body of water on 20th Dec to remember, mark or memorialise loss.
Andy remembered fondly his Uncle Harry who died in the summer.
