A view from St Swithin

By stswithin50

Sunday

We walked with B & B this morning and the dogs at Hazlehead. It was good to be out on a sunny day, and not too cold. Also good to see the kiosk is open again at the cafe after last weeks fire with  a small gazebo to sit in.

We spent the rest of the day pottering about although enjoyed a good FaceTime with the Edinburgh end of the clan.

At 5pm I  managed  to see the ( almost ) conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn , best seen in our house from the top floor through an open velux window. A very bright light in the sky.

By 8pm the streets are deserted with no revellers or folk about. Strange times. And a bit sad for this time of the year.
