Advent Continues

Each day we continue to record our daily prayers for the community here, and we continue to move our way through Advent.

For us this year we returned to our old familiar themes of hope, peace, joy, and next week will be love.

It is interesting how different traditions treat the themes of Advent. But as I say for us these four themes were a part of our tradition for many years. In recent years we have explored some different themes for Advent, but I thought that this year because of the upheaval and change It might provide some comfort to go back to what we practiced historically.
