Oh, for an apostrophe!

This is a pleasure boat, but I reckon that the ride might be just a little too exciting for pleasure, particularly in the weather now in evidence at Lyme Regis.

We really like the town, and we've booked a second viewing at a house about 25 minutes' drive north, by Beaminster.  We had booked a viewing of a house much closer, but when we arrived and parked, the neighbour was so objectionable (he didn't like where I had parked) that we left without viewing.  The poor estate agent was very upset at the chap's aggression and she understood our reasons for deciding against any further investigation of the property.

We felt sorry for the vendor, but it might have been why he or she was selling the house.
