The One and a Half Meter

"Maak er wat van" = 'Make it work" or 'Get it done' 

Two months ago I'd pictured them too, but then  they looked a little different  and the words written on them had a different bearing too.

It's so sad to see that in Britain the news got worse than imagined with the new variant of the virus raging across the island.... one of the newsreaders here had noted earlier on that Boris Johnson loves to do his acts in dramatic times; it seems he's got them on a silver plate.
