Christmas Star

Jupiter and Saturn were as close as they will be until 2080. They are calling this the "Great Conjunction". I tried getting a closer shot, but I could not get focus on them. This is going to be my record shot. Of course, as you all know, this will look better in large if you have the time to look.

I turned around and found Orion...see extra. I went into photoshop and outlined the constellation. 

I am grateful that I just had to hop in the golf cart and go up the street a bit to get these shots.
