TUESDAY Charity Challenge Day 9

A few more miles added to my challenge total today. 

I was out before sunrise on a 12.7 km run from Barkisland up to Ringstone, Scammonden and on to Deanhead which is way out beyond civilisation in the wilds of the moor. It was very icy on the upper stretches and I was lucky to stay upright throughout.

A shorter 5 km walk this afternoon up Stubbing Lane.
