Dormer window anyone?

We nipped up for a quick look at the house again this morning (that’s our roof to the left of the chimney at the top of the shot) and was quite taken by this parking lot for dormer window frames.  We noticed a bit of progress; our house has a ‘Juliet’ balcony in the first floor lounge which was the one window frame that had not yet been fitted, but as we walked past the front the frame was being taken inside.  We’ll have to have a look in a day or two to see if its been fitted!

We’ve just had a very pleasant early evening socially distanced glass of wine with our neighbours in the other three barns.  The owner, who lives next door, set up a fire pit in the parking area in front of the barns and invited us all; cold, but really nice to stand and have a conversation with people!
