LD 274. Edinburgh - winter dawn

Early into the Parliament today and late back , caused by Cabinet first thing and then a very long final stage for the EU continuity Bill , which the Tories tried to wreck , but failed.

That was apparently our 50th Cabinet meeting this year , which is a new record for the Scottish Government - and there are still 9 days of 2020 left.
