"At Mummys Work"

Katie has had a very exciting day playing with her little friend Lydia today. We cycled there this morning after her having a lovely play at home in her room for ages.

She played very nicely with Lydia apparently. Then when Lydia had ballet class (her teacher wouldnt let Katie join in) Katie sat and did some pages of her writing book with Lydia's mummy. They all had lunch and then went to the big soft play to charge round for a while. Katie found several of her friends there and was extremely pleased to get juice- she normally only drinks milk or water - running up to me with a cheeky little face when she arrived to me.

When she was dropped off, I got such a huge, long cuddle. She really wanted to bring Lydia in to Mummy's work so was a bit sad I'd packed up by then. But we still got a cheeky couple of photos of her on the floor! A brief pit stop at home and it was time for swimming. Her and Eleanor were extremely happy to be together and did lots of hand holding, in between some very serious swimming from Katie. Most of which happened in between the times her teacher made her troll back and forward on a woggle that was driving her crazy.
