All Jock Tamsons bairns...

...so we are.

Went along to Redbraes to help with a bit more planting of hazel and making a start on grubbing out snowberry. There seems to be a lot of fresh graffitti along the walkway - particularly noticeable is that one artist had a large supply of purple paint. However, this one in turquoise was also new to me.

Later we went round to Nobles and had a late brunch with Arclight and Mr Alf, which had been planned for after Xmas and hastily rearranged to take advantage of this last permissible day before more lockdown. It was good to see them but I think we all found too much of our conversation was gloomy in the extreme. (And that was just pandemic/lockdown related, we didn't mention the B***** word at all). We had to keep asking D to tell us tales of life & work amongst the bones in 'ull for light relief!
