How old?

Got a box of old coins and medals down from the loft. Found this coin but have no idea where it's from or how old it is. I think it's a Christian symbol. So I googled Vatican coins but couldn't find which one it was. C'mon blipland, can you help?

(We also found a coin from 1701, which utterly blew our ears.)
