#542... Boxing Day...

What do we do on Boxing Day when it's a Saturday... We parkrun of course... Son Ruben is on the left in the red and white... Patrick in the green and white singlet also trains with Ruben and is super fast, so he paced Ruben for 4km then left him to speed past the 2 guys that were in front to claim 1st place, Ruben finished 4th in 19:45 so he was happy... Today was then all about toddler proofing our house as my daughter and her family arrive tomorrow afternoon...
