Decorated

Christmas Eve usually has a set of errands to run. This year, some usual ones with presents drops to family we won't be able to see.

It's was lovely to stand chatting to Andrew, Emma and Katie, in the garden. Quick dill drop at mum's too (essential ingredient) and then a prescription pick up.

Home for some meringue making (which we ended up doing twice because the first one looked a bit wrong). Destined for Karen's christmas dinner with her mum and sister.

Finally we sat down, for Home Alone and a Christmas Carol, our own wee tradition. Oh, and a bottle, two glasses, three different kinds of snacks, in new pyjamas from Santa. You gotta find joy where you can.
