Look East

I was glad to reach the trig point at the top of Wester Craiglockhart Hill as we'd taken the steep route up the western side, which is the 'crag' of the crag-and-tail, formed by glacial action. It was a short path and very steep but the reward was the views from the top.

To the far left is Edinburgh Castle on another crag-and tail, next is Salisbury Crags with Arthur's Seat and to the right is Blackford Hill.
