Protection

As the local wildlife is rather partial to broad bean seeds and tender plants, I raised these Super Aquadulce in modules. Here they are planted out sooner and smaller than I'd planned (hence the fleece) as the roots were growing out of the bottom of the cells. Any further delay might see them broken off.
