Puddles everywhere

After a wet and stormy night thanks to storm 'Bella', there are large puddles all around town. This is one of the large ones on the Stray. 
The council supposedly spent over £20,000 having the drainage issues sorted earlier this year. Money not well spent by the looks of it.
The pavement nearby still floods too - see extra.
The sun is no longer out, and it is raining again, so this will have to be my blip for today.
