Open House

it's the House Sparrows that probably get through the most of the food we put out. They are gregarious little birds and often, parties of up to 30 emerge from the hedge to feast on the feeders and table.
A bitterly cold day with icy winds, but we seem to be escaping the worst of the weather, being outside the met office weather warning areas.
