Well, I remembered how to do background replacement - sort of (three tries and the result could have been better) - and used a frosty Fatsia Japonica leaf from the garden early this morning.   The sun is sort-of out and the ground frost has now gone.
In the extras is the original which would have almost fitted the bill as is.
