Mono Monday....Ecological green

I have no intention of going out today, it's cold, sleeting, and miserable. Much more sensibly, I have just made a beef, lentil and veg curry, it's definitely the weather for it!  Might pack up the few Christmassy decs later on, and then sit and read.
One of the few plants I have, a spider plant, for the mono challenge, it was the best I could come up with....thanks to carolinav for hosting.
Thanks for the tips on the Christmas cactus, I think it has been forced into bud, and doesn't like the change in conditions......maybe next year.
