Autumn loves her box!

It was very hard getting up and getting out to the gym this morning! It was freezing. Started spinning in the outdoor marquee with my hat and gloves on...but it didn't take long to warm up! Today's class was SO hard. Was it the instructor/routine or too much Christmas indulgence, or both?

Felt really good once it was over!

Now having a relaxing afternoon and evening.
