Royal Iris still rusting

Grey (almost monochromatic) day in Charlton with only a few walkers and hardy runners braving the cold (4C felt like 0C). Took this a bit closer to the "Royal Iris" than two days ago. A murky day with low cloud shrouding the distant towers of Canary Wharf.

Today's run took me to over 100km for the month. Not bad considering that I was still taking things carefully at the start of the month.
