Steak

Sous vide sirloin with radish shoot chimichuri, sautéed hakurei turnips, and cheddar. Wine: Eccentric Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Mendoza 2019.

The food was great. Unfortunately, the wine was awful... it would have been better suited on a toddler’s sandwich with some peanut butter but for the 13.5% abv.
