Woke up this morning...

...to a hazy shade of winter...
The milkman and the paper lady got through before the snow was too deep, but the binmen didn't make it ;) 
The main blip is Muriel clearing her drive - at the grand old age of 80 she made short work of it! The extra is the happy shoveller on our driveway!

Roy has nipped down to Tesco this aft, while I stay in waiting for a package. DHL took it from London to their East Midlands depot on 22/12. On 24/12 it went from East Midlands to Leeds and back again. It then sat there for 3 days, until it returned to Leeds on 28/12. Today it was scheduled for delivery at 13.10 - it's now 14.20, so I'm not holding out much hope...

CORONA CLASSICS  - Dolly has chosen Liberace Plays the Classic Flight of the Bumblebee and its modern day counterpart The Bumble Boogie  for today, and I have gone with  Skating with the Jerry Granelli Trio  bearing in mind the weather...
