Very pleased with my new Bluetooth headphones. 

I would find out how good the noise-cancelling is the following day. As I was lying on the sofa watching YouTube clips, George wrenched open the front room door, let it CLANG against the radiator and stomped up to stand behind me. 

It was only when he tapped me on the shoulder that I realised he was in the room. 

And yes, I did jump out of my skin.
