Where on earth?

Is this a view from an aircraft over Greenland or Canada's Northern Territories? Is it odd looking clouds? Could it be ice forming on a lake? 

It's actually the ice on the roof of my car! I liked the formation of it as I was scraping it off so I blipped it!

Cold much better today. Very cold temperatures here today with a short snow shower.
